IIP-40: Unified Address Migration

November saw the rollout of the new 0x-format IOTX address, replacing the legacy “io1” format.

• LBank and Binance and others have already implemented full support for 0x-format deposits and withdrawals, while many others are working on it.

This migration simplifies interoperability across EVM ecosystems and prepares IoTeX for multi-chain use cases in Real-World AI.

Ecosystem & Delegate Expansion

IoTeX welcomed POSTHUMAN as a new decentralized network delegate, bringing the validator set to 123 active delegates, increasing decentralization and resiliency.
