Since its launch in December 2023, the IoTeX Web Wallet has gained widespread recognition and appreciation from users. However, as we progress towards the release of IoTeX 2.0, we have identified the need to further optimize the web wallet. This optimization involves removing some outdated and redundant features and enhancing overall performance to prepare for everything IoTeX 2.0 has to offer. The result is a more lightweight and intuitive experience. Today, we are excited to announce the launch of IoTeX Web Wallet V2 Beta, marking the dawn of a new era for IoTeX's official Web3 wallet with enhanced user experience and expanded functionalities.

While V2 takes center stage, we regret to inform you that V2 will no longer support Ledger users for wallet connections. However, this feature will remain available in V1, or you can use V2 by connecting your Ledger to MetaMask.
